Barefoot Running


  About a week ago, I started barefoot running (well, in a slow pace) on the treadmills in the gym. One of the reasons I started to run barefoot is, as many of you would imagine, that I have recently read the book "Born to Run" which became bestseller in the US in 2009 (and soon in other countries, too).


  To me, the above video by Nature magazine, featuring Professor Lieberman of Harvard, provides the best, the most comprehensive, and easy-to-understand explanation of barefoot running and its benefits. It also helps better visualize the correct form of barefoot (fore-step) running - better than any books or videos on fore-foot running!
