Jamie's "15 Minute" Meals

This series of Jamie Oliver is certainly a great motivator to cook healthy meals at home. BUT it takes more than 15 minutes by prepare each set of meal in the video shows. As an unexperienced cook, it would probably take 30 minutes to an hour for me to cook each of them. Then I would spend more time to adjust the taste to my favorite one by adding more spice, veggies, seasonings, etc.
