Healthy Bento (Part 1)

After watching the vegan film "Folks Over Knives" in yesterday's blog article, I felt urged to cook healthy and traditional Japanese lunch and bring it in the bento boxes to my office. See the photo above.


It is almost vegan (or vegetarian), except that I have a piece of mackerel, and the top of my sprouted brown rice (hatsuga genmai) is sprinkled with dried shrimps.


Well, that's a start.
