Today I went to the zen temple in Kamakura again for zazen (zen meditation) practice. My breathing, posture, and focus during zazen have been significantly improved since I started zazen at the beginning of last month.
This quick improvement is probably because I started zen mediation in mist sauna (steam bath with the temperature kept low around 40 degrees C, and humidity very high at 100%) in the gym in the city I live. So I will continue practicing zazen in mist sauna several times a week.
